Susan Chaudry, RN, MSN, MPH, E-RYT200
Susan is a Certified Yoga Instructor who completed her 200-hour training at Circle Yoga in Washington, DC. She has additional training in teaching child and trauma-informed yoga. She also completed a Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) course through Georgetown University.
Throughout her professional background as a Nurse Practitioner and Nurse Midwife, she has included elements of mindfulness and meditation in her experience working with women, children and adolescents. She enjoys integrating health techniques into her yoga sessions.
She has practiced and studied different styles of yoga for over a decade. Her own teaching style incorporates a holistic blend of mindful-meditation, attentive breath work, and alignment-focused, gentle adaptive movement. Her objectives are to have students participate with a sense of ease, and to derive a sense of empowerment, wellbeing, and community.
