Shereen Rubenstein, Certified Life Coach
Shereen Rubenstein practiced as a social worker for over 20 years and is now a Certified Life Coach. She ran a meaningful and supportive mom‘s group, Driven to Despair, that lasted four years. A large part of her coaching practice is working with parents of challenging children, which can often include a focus on the tremendous and painful stress on the couple’s relationship. Shereen has been married for over 25 years and is the mother of three children. Having raised and witnessed her children transform into young adults, she considers herself profoundly experienced in the turbulence of parenting.
