Mom’s have never needed support and strategies more than now.
This group is for mothers of adolescents and teens.
This weekly group is flexible – we don’t want to add any more stress to your lives! However, we are reserving your spot in the group. You are going to be on a journey with this group of moms, and we do ask for a level of commitment. We ask that you prioritize your participation in this group both for your own self-care and the dynamic of the group. Sessions are $75 billed weekly.
Group Description:
This group is designed to be a safe outlet for mothers to vent, celebrate small achievements, and learn from others in the same boat during this very unusual time. Moms will be able to connect, feel heard, learn strategies to manage households, children, emotions, etc. You do not need to feel alone in this journey!
One of the biggest challenges is helping children of all ages with distance or hybrid learning. Our center specializes in treating those with ADHD and neurocognitive or learning differences, and this group will include practical strategies to help.

Shereen Rubenstein, Certified Life Coach
Shereen Rubenstein practiced as a social worker for over 20 years and is now a Certified Life Coach. She ran a meaningful and supportive mom‘s group, Driven to Despair, that lasted four years. A large part of her coaching practice is working with parents of challenging children, which can often include a focus on the tremendous and painful stress on the couple’s relationship. Shereen has been married for over 25 years and is the mother of three children. Having raised and witnessed her children transform into young adults, she considers herself profoundly experienced in the turbulence of parenting.
