Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Skills & Emotional Regulation
This 12-session psychoeducational group is for high school girls (grades 9-12) to help them build a healthy foundation of coping skills to address patterns of instability in emotional regulation, impulse control and self-image.

Briana Meader, LCSW-C is a highly experienced psychotherapist with specialized training in both Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
Incorporating mindfulness and emotional regulation techniques into her work, Ms. Meader encourages children, adolescents, young adults and families to address negative thought patterns that often times interfere with achieving positive life changes. She has practiced in the Washington/Baltimore area for the past 13 years.
