College ADHD Boot Camp:
The Chesapeake center has developed a two-session boot camp for undergraduate students to help improve ADHD and Executive Function Skills. College is not all about academics of course – there’s a balance to be found with classes, getting involved in clubs or sports, and your general social life. Whether you’re starting out your first year, or you’re in your last year of school, our ADHD College bootcamp will help you thrive in your college career!

- Understanding and using your syllabus
- Establishing routines
- Self-Advocating
- Self-Care
30 Minute Individual Check-In:
Joy will help you get scheduled to meet with her individually for a 30 minute check in a few weeks into the semester. (Part of the cost of the group). She will be available for continued meetings at her hourly rate.

Joy Stern, MA, CPCC, PCC
ADHD /Executive Function Coach
Ms. Stern has worked as an ADHD /Executive Function Coach at The Chesapeake Center in Bethesda since 2016. She is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation and has additional training in ADHD coaching. Her strong interest is in helping her clients to develop the organizational and daily life-management skills that can help them succeed in their daily lives. She helps her clients to understand their personal challenges and to develop strategies that work best for them. Through her work, her clients have improved self-confidence and greater self-awareness as they develop the skills they need to succeed.
