Home / ADHD Coaching

Our Coaches work closely with other staff members to help adults with ADHD gain better control over their daily lives and to set and meet realistic long-term goals.

Adult Coaching Services

ADD Coaching is a structured, supportive, practical approach that can help individuals with ADD develop daily life management skills, improve time management, and learn ways to set reasonable goals and then follow-through on the steps to reach those goals.
Your first meeting with a Coach may take place in person at the Center, or by telephone, depending upon your preferences.
During your initial consultation, you and your Coach will work with you to develop a blueprint of issues that you and she will work on together. After your initial consultation, you and your Coach will work together by phone and email in a program that is custom designed to best meet your needs.
The length and frequency of coaching contacts will be established by mutual agreement and can be changed as your needs and circumstances change.

Adolescent and Teen Coaching Services

During the very challenging teen years, a coach can offer enough frequent communication to help keep a student on track and relieve some of the responsibility for the family. In coaching, we select a few areas of focus and develop clear, practical strategies to succeed despite obstacle. Each coaching partnership is uniquely created for the individual’s specific strengths and challenges. And in all coaching partnerships, the overarching goal is to make life and school better and more manageable.
