Coaching Style & Philosophy
In 1998, I began exploring the field of Professional Organizing, which in turn lead me to my niche in Coaching.
Coaching has enabled me to work with clients from all over the country and help them manage the difficulties of everyday life. As a coach, I draw on many sources including, my educational background in Management, my training as an ADD Coach, and even more from my own personal experience. I believe that my own struggle with personal growth and development enables me to understand and empathize with my clients on a much deeper level. I see each one of my clients as a unique individual searching for his or her own idea of success, and together we tailor a coaching program that suits each individual's needs. I believe that my job as a Coach is to aide, assist, teach, motivate, cheer on, and learn from my clients.
My Coaching Structure
Coaching takes place via telephone and/or email and sometimes in person. Sessions can be as frequent as daily check-ins or weekly/bi-weekly planning sessions. The duration of sessions can range from 10 minutes to 60 minutes. Although some coaches require a minimum commitment of 3 months, I provide coaching on an as needed basis.
