The Chesapeake ADHD Center was founded by nationally recognized, award-winning ADHD authority, Kathleen G. Nadeau, Ph.D.
We have long-standing ties to the Washington-Baltimore community with a reputation for providing the highest quality ADHD-related services, including both assessment and treatment, to clients of all ages.
The Chesapeake Treatment Approach
We view ADHD not as a “disorder,” but as a type of brain with traits that bring both challenges and advantages. Many ADHD traits hold tremendous promise when the challenges of ADHD are well-managed.
Chesapeake Diagnostic Center
Our diagnostic center provides individualized neuropsychological, psychological and psychoeducational assessments. We explain our results in clear, easy to understand terms and continue to work with our clients following testing to help them implement our recommendations.
Chesapeake Treatment Services
Our team of psychologists, psychotherapists, ADHD coaches and professional organizers all work to help our clients achieve their goals. We offer individual, group, couples, and family therapy as well as parent counseling and career counseling.
